Welcome to Luminarys. By downloading, installing, or using the Luminarys iOS app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luminarys ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the App in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use Luminarys only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Luminarys offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. The following terms apply:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality — including the app design, graphics, and code — are owned by Luminarys and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Quotes displayed in the App are sourced from public domain, attributed works, or licensed content. Attribution is provided where applicable. You may share individual quotes for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent.
You may create goals, milestones, and other personal content within the App. You retain ownership of your content. By storing content in the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not share your personal goals or content with other users.
The free tier of Luminarys displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you agree to the display of such ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Luminarys is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The motivational content in the App is for inspirational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including mental health, medical, financial, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminarys and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at zencryx@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App integrates third-party services including Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign In, and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
